How to replace it 1．unscrew the case cover with T8 HEX bit remove the pack from the case. 2．Strip the chip board and terminals from pack with a flat head screw drive, you can just cut the 2 pins from the pack. Then solder pins and terminals to ner pack.

How to replace it 1． Open the old battery house and take the terminal assembly off from the original battery pack. 2．Sold the red wire to + of the new pack and black wire to -. 2．Sold the red wire to + of the new pack and black wire to -. 2．Put the new pack into your case. Done!!

How to replace it 1. Desolder the sensor pin from – prong. 2. Take the sensor out from the original pack and then use a pliers to remove the +&- prongs. 3. Solder the sensor pin back to – prong. 4. Tin the +&- prongs. Tin better, solder easier. 5. Insert the sensor into the new pack and put the terminal assembly on the new pack. Tin the contacts before you solder them on the prongs. 6. Done!

How to replace it 1. Take the original pack from battery house and tear the insulator off the pack. 2. Tear the tape off and find the temp sensor out from the middle of the pack. 3. Use a 40 to 60W soldering iron, not soldering station as only soldering iron can create enough heat to handle this job, to desolder the temp sensor wire off the cell. 4. Use a screw driver to take the terminal off the cells. Please be gentle and slow! 5. Put the insulator back to the new pack. 6. Use sand paper to clean the 2 prongs then tin the bottom.MUST KEEP THE SOLDER AWAY FROM THE CONTACT AREA 7. Solder the sensor onto the new pack cell. 8.Solder the red wire to + prong and black wire to the – prong, and then put the sensor into the middle of the pack. 8.Put the finished pack into the housing, and then install 2 red clips. The last step is just put the house top on. Done!!

How to replace it 1. Take the 2 temp sensors out from the original pack. 2. Desolder all of wires from this positio. 3. Pry the contact off from + polarity. 4. Take the terminal assembly out. 5. Tin the + contact. 6. Solder the 3 wires back to new pack. 7. Cut the left side leg of the fork to use it as a bridge for next step. 8. Solder the bridge to connect the contacts together. Please make sure all wires at good position before you put this new pack into the housing, THERE IS NO EXTRA SPACE FOR WRONG WIRE LAY OUT.

Solder the sensor onto the new pack cell. 8.Solder the red wire to + prong and black wire to the – prong, and then put the sensor into the middle of the pack. 8.Done.

Be care for the 2 tiny black wires which connect the temp sensor. 3．Insert the tiny temp sensor back into the middle of pack, then solder the + to the red wire and the black wire to the -. 2．Tin the + and - . 4．Put the housing top on this pack AT FIRST and then put the housing bottom on. Done!
