Shipping and Returns
Free shipping is applied to all products on the site save select sale items. Our default shipping method is SHIPPINGMETHOD. Other methods of shipping can be selected when you are checking items out.
If any product that we mailed to you happens to be either the wrong product or defect product, we will cover all shipping fee and make sure you receive the right product. If you would like to return a product for any other reason within 50 days of purchase you will have to cover shipping costs. The refund will depend on the condition of the product.
Safety Policy
When ordering battery rebuild services or return products, please ensure that you met the USPS or UPS battery packaging requirements. If you are using any other shipper please adhere to their packaging requirements. Please DO NOT use styrofoam when packing because it is very messy and ineffective.
