    How to replace it 1.Take apart the battery house and separate the terminal assembly from the original pack. You may use a pliers to take the + contact and temp sensor and desolder the – from the pack. 2.Solder + back to the top of new pack, temp sensor & - to the – of the new pack. Please note, tin all of contact before you solder them. Tin better, solder faster.

    How to replace it 1.Take the plastic cover off the battery bottom. 3.Take the original pack out of the house. 2.Press the red clip at first and then separate the housing. 4.Desolder the red wire and blue wire off the pack and then re-solder them back to new pack. Step by step to put the new pack back to house. Done!! 1.Unscrew the 4 screws to separate the battery house. One of them has a seal to prevent unauthorized opening, you may use a wood screw to drill into the seal to pull it out or, just drill some holes on the house to take the seal out.

    How to replace it 1. Take the original pack from battery house and tear the insulator off the pack. 2. Tear the tape off and find the temp sensor out from the middle of the pack. 3. Use a 40 to 60W soldering iron, not soldering station as only soldering iron can create enough heat to handle this job, to desolder the temp sensor wire off the cell. 4. Use a screw driver to take the terminal off the cells. Please be gentle and slow! 5. Put the insulator back to the new pack. 6. Use sand paper to clean the 2 prongs then tin the bottom.MUST KEEP THE SOLDER AWAY FROM THE CONTACT AREA 7. Solder the sensor onto the new pack cell. 8.Solder the red wire to + prong and black wire to the – prong, and then put the sensor into the middle of the pack. 8.Put the finished pack into the housing, and then install 2 red clips. The last step is just put the house top on. Done!!

    How to replace it 1. Use a marker to draw a + on the long contact and a – on the short contact. Take the pack out from the house and tear the + & - off to separate the terminal assembly out. Be care for the 2 tiny black wires which connect the temp sensor. 2.Clean and tin the 2 contacts with solder paste. 3. Insert the green temp sensor into the middle of the new pack. Put the rubber ring on the cells to locate the terminal assembly. Solder the short contact to + on the new pack AT FIRST. The soldering should be done in less than 10 seconds to avoid heat damage to the cell. 4.Take the rubber ring off and then solder the long contact to – side on the new pack. You may install the new pack back to housing now!
